All orders are shipped via PostNL. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and shipping address of the package. The following shipping rates apply to the Netherlands:
Letter post € 1.95
Mailbox package € 4.25
Package up to 10 kg € 6.95

Returns
Handmade orders that are made to order cannot be exchanged or returned. These orders are made to the wishes of a customer and are therefore uniquely intended for this person. This applies to the entire range.
If there are defects / errors / damage to the product after delivery; Contact us via the contact form or email: [email protected] and we will look for a suitable solution together.
If a product is returned, please include the returnform with the package on the grounds of your name, address, bank details and order number. Refunds will be refunded within 14 days.
